Atur provides a gift-sending and birthday-reminder platform. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Notify us immediately at support@aturkan.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
All orders placed through Atur are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion. For how cancellations and refunds are handled, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Delivery lead time. Atur fulfils gifts on a 3 calendar day lead time. To guarantee delivery on the occasion date, a gift must be confirmed and paid at least 3 calendar days beforehand. You may still confirm a gift up to and including the occasion date, but gifts confirmed within 3 calendar days of the date are arranged on a best-effort basis and on-time delivery is not guaranteed. A delay caused by confirming inside this window is not grounds for a refund. Merchants may decline or reschedule orders received with insufficient lead time.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is used and your rights as a data subject.
Atur is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Atur after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
